The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched three housing schemes, providing affordable housing options across various price ranges. Launched on 19 August 2024, these schemes offer around 40,000 flats, including previously unsold units, across multiple locations in the city.
DDA Housing Schemes – August 2024
The three housing schemes announced by the DDA are:
- DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024
- DDA General Housing Scheme 2024 (DDA Madhyam Vargiy Housing Scheme 2024)
- DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024
Each scheme caters to different needs and income brackets, with flats ranging from budget-friendly to premium luxury options.
Freehold Flats Available for Sale
One of the key highlights of this DDA initiative is that all flats available under the three schemes are freehold. The registration process will commence on August 21 via e-auction, and on August 22, flats will also be available for booking on a first-come, first-served basis. The booking window will open on September 10, and the scheme will remain open until March 31, 2025.
DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024
The DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 offers the highest number of flats, with 34,000 units available, including both Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and High-Income Group (HIG) categories. These flats, located in Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, and Narela, are priced affordably, with starting prices as low as Rs 11.5 lakh.
DDA Madhyam Vargiy Housing Scheme 2024
The DDA General Housing Scheme 2024 provides around 5,400 flats in various categories, including High-Income Group (HIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), Low-Income Group (LIG), and EWS. These flats are situated in popular localities such as Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, with prices beginning at Rs 29 lakh.
DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024
For buyers seeking luxury living, the DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 offers 173 premium flats, ranging from MIG to HIG and other higher-class categories. These flats, located in the upscale neighborhood of Dwarka, are priced starting at Rs 1.2 crore. Buyers interested in these premium units will need to participate in an e-auction to secure their dream home.
Registration and Booking Details
Interested buyers can register for the DDA housing schemes beginning on August 21 through e-auction, with first-come, first-served registrations available starting August 22. Booking for the flats will begin on September 10, and the schemes will close on March 31, 2025.
