Urban Expansion: UP Developing Five New Townships Near Noida

As the local real estate and economy witnesses a huge boost from the upcoming Noida International Airport, set to open in 2025, the Uttar Pradesh government plans to develop several urban townships.

The Uttar Pradesh government will develop five new cities across 56,000 hectares of land to the east of Noida. These new townships are part of a long-term vision to turn the area around the airport into a major hub for industry, tourism, logistics, and housing over the next decade.
